My story
My work lives in the in-between, where enterprise architecture and AI engineering touch, and where hardly anyone is at home.
Architecture and building are usually separate roles in this field. With me they are one. I design AI systems with structure and the big picture in mind, then build them myself: order from day one, all the way to working code.
What I advise, I also build. I deliver code and documentation, and I use my own approach daily in my own projects.
Architecture, governance and knowledge structure are the basis of how I work. First understand how a system fits together, then build. The goal is a system that stays maintainable and that your team can take forward itself.
